Student Ministries Director: The Director of Student Ministries is responsible to partner with parents in engaging their teenage children in spiritual development to include: developing and maintaining a healthy, growing relationship with Jesus Christ being an example to the church in character and calling, developing key strategies for ministry to teenage children that fit within a larger philosophy and vision of a Family Life Ministry, recruiting, training and coordination the work of parents and volunteers, relationally connecting with families who have teens and coordinate a discipleship program for teens to include current Sunday morning and evening programs. The Director will also provide creative opportunities for challenge and growth and will collaborate with a parent board for the calendaring of social events. VOLUNTEER POSITIONS:

CHILDREN’S MINISTRIES
Nursery Room Leaders: oversee all working aspects of a Nursery room during a specific hour, to include parental greeting and on-going communications, adherence to all policy and procedure (to include check-in/check-out, safety, etc.), programming, and room cleanliness and presentation.
Frequency: weekly
Need: 1 leaders during second service (10:30 a.m.) in each nursery, infants & toddlers

COMMUNICATIONS
Communications Team: use gifts to support the gospel message to those who come in contact with CCC
Frequency: most roles serve on a project basis
Needs: photographers, graphic designers, videographers (specifically editors) to help with various projects

EDUCATION
Life Education Ministry*: help attendees learn to engage God’s Word and apply the Gospel to their daily lives
Frequency: on a term-by-term basis
Need: teachers, hosts, logistics people

HOSPITALITY
First Touch Greeter Ministry: greet people at the front doors on Sunday mornings, welcome newcomers, and help them find their way around
Frequency: rotating basis

Meal Ministry: provide a meal for a CCC family during a stressful time

Need: 5 volunteers

MISSION
Mission Response Team: receive emails and calls when outreach opportunities arrive. Help plan and organize initiatives like Project Refuge, Adopt-a-Family, CCC at the Fair, CCC at Cinco de Mayo, Art Gala, missionary highlights in the services, one-on-one opportunities to share the gospel with people in the community, and special projects from our partners in the community (Salvation Army, Right To life, Heartline Crisis Pregnancy Center, etc.).
Frequency: when needs arise. If you are able to respond, you can jump on it. If not you can pass and jump on the next one.
Need: 10-15 volunteers

Missionary Prayer Coverage: be part of a team of pray-ers committed to extending of the kingdom of God, particularly its expressions here at Christ’s Covenant Church, including each of our missionaries on the field. This team will organize itself so that each missionary has someone praying specifically for them in specific ways every day. This endeavor is not a prayer meeting but a prayer network that can be fulfilled from home.
