This Week at CCC

This Sunday, September 16, we invite you to join us at 10:15 a.m. as Pastor Larry McCall continues our sermon series, John: A Love That Gives. We’ll also observe communion in our morning service. For help with talking to kids about communion, our Children & Communion booklets are available at the Resource Center.

First Steps: If you are newer to CCC and would like to learn more about our church, consider joining our 3-week First Steps classes starting this Sunday, September 16 at 9:00 a.m.

The Outlet: College students, you’re invited to join us for our Outlet lunch gatherings on the 3rd Sunday of each month. Our first meeting will be this Sunday, September 16 at noon! Come join us for a time of teaching & fellowship with other students!

Women’s Bible Study: Women of the church are invited to attend a study by Nancy Guthrie titled The Son of David: Seeing Jesus in the Historical Books, beginning Wednesday, September 26, from 6:30-8:00 p.m. As an extension of our recent sermon series in Nehemiah, women will participate in personal study, DVD teaching, and discussion that centers around the Old Testament books Joshua through Esther. They will see how Jesus is the “true source of courage, the ultimate anchor of confidence, the sure antidote to corruption”…the ultimate Son of David! Sign up at the Welcome Center!

5th Sunday Month: Parents, please note that because September is a month with 5 Sundays, all kids ages 3 and up will remain in the service on Sunday, September 30.

Resource Center: Be sure to stop by our Resource Center off the lobby to check out our remaining CCC hats! Proceeds go toward missions.

Sermons on iTunes: Each week our sermons are made available on our church website, but you can also find us as a free podcast on iTunes. Search for CCC sermons in the iTunes store.
