Praising God for Salvation

Psalm 118

Have you ever heard any of these Bible phrases before?

“I will not fear. What can man do to me?”

“The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone.”

“This is the day the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.”

Or how about, “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the LORD!”

So, what do these rather well-known Bible declarations have in common? They’re all from one psalm: Psalm 118. In this psalm, an unnamed song writer tells his story of salvation in a way that draws in everyone, moving them to worship the Savior.
