ART GALA FUNDRAISER

WE’D LOVE TO HAVE YOU JOIN US FOR OUR ART GALA FUNDRAISER!

The Art Gala has been hosted many times in the spring for over a decade, to raise funds for CCC’s missional endeavors–whether locally or internationally. This year, we are hosting it in the fall; and we plan to raise money to help Collin and Meghan Chupp as they prepare to be commissioned for service in Papua New Guinea with Ethnos360!

Date, Time, Location: Saturday, October 5 from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at the church.

Cost: This event is free and open to the public.

What to Expect: There will be tons of art to bid on in the auditorium (both silent and live auctions), as well as food and drinks to enjoy in the lobby.

Children: Children (potty-trained up through fourth grade) are invited to make crafts in the Kids Zone during the first hour of the Gala.

Types of Donations: We accept various types of donations to be auctioned. This includes (but is not limited to): paintings, photographs, sculptures, graphic designs, jewelry, woodworking, metalwork, quilts, and culinary/artistic services. We even have a section of pieces created by children.

How to Donate: To submit items, bring them to the church office any weekday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. You will need to fill out a Registration Form for each piece that is submitted.

Deadline: The deadline for submissions will be Wednesday, October 2.
