Our Leaders

LEAD PASTOR

Pastor Marc provides leadership to our elders and staff, and serves as the primary preacher on Sunday mornings. He has served at CCC since 2010.

PASTOR

Pastor Larry has been an elder at CCC since 1981, serving as Lead Pastor for many of those years. Though no longer on paid staff, he still preaches with some regularity and has many outside speaking engagements.

PASTOR

Pastor Rod has been an elder at CCC since 2005. He serves the congregation primarily in the realm of pastoral care.

PASTOR

Pastor Tom has been part of CCC since 1991. Though not on paid staff, he serves the church primarily in the realm of international missions.

PASTOR

Jake was ordained as an elder in May of 2022. He gives oversight to our church’s ministry to middle and high schoolers and their families, as well as college students.

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY DIRECTOR

Jordan has served at CCC since 2015. He gives oversight to our church’s ministry to children (up through elementary school) and their families.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Jenna has served at CCC since the summer of 2022. She helps ensure healthy functioning of the church office by showing hospitality to guests and overseeing use of the church facility, among many other things!

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY ASSISTANT

Heather has served at CCC since the summer of 2023. She helps give administrative and organizational oversight to our children’s ministry.

PASTORAL INTERN

Adam has served at CCC since 2023. He works part time at the church and is currently is going through the ordination process, in hopes of leading an eventual church plant in North Manchester.
