Sunday School

Throughout the Scriptures, we see the importance of learning to love the Lord not merely with our hearts and souls, but also with our minds.

To help facilitate growth in each of these areas, we offer classes every Sunday morning from 9:00-10:00 a.m. for children, students, and adults.

  • For Children

Nurseries are offered for infants and toddlers during this hour. And three year olds through sixth graders are taught in age-graded classes, utilizing The Gospel Project curriculum.

  • For Students

Middle and high schoolers join together in our Student Center during this hour. Most Sundays, in order to help students learn how to be good students of the biblical text, they are led through that morning’s sermon text—to make observations, ask interpretive questions, and discover application together.

  • For Adults

Sunday School classes typically meet for a quarter of the year (13 weeks), though some are shorter and others are longer. Our classes cover a range of topics, but they all seek to connect the gospel to every day life. Yet, with the constraints of a classroom setting, these classes are not intended to be a substitute for life groups, which we see as the primary venue experiencing Christian community at CCC.
